Any applicable fees will be discussed before an appointment is confirmed.
Refusal of Service
Adams Notary Services, LLC reserves the right to refuse service whenever permitted or required by law, including situations involving inability to verify identity, incomplete documents, unwilling signers, suspected fraud, unsafe environments, or circumstances prohibited by New Jersey law.
Remote Online Notarization
Remote Online Notarization services are subject to identity verification, technology requirements, document eligibility, platform requirements, and applicable law. Not all documents or circumstances may qualify for remote online notarization.
